Asthma Review

For patients who are due an annual asthma review.

Asthma is a medical condition that requires reviewing annually to ensure your medication is the correct type and dose to control your asthma.

Even if you are well and your condition has not changed since your last review it is important that you book and attend your review.

The surgery will attempt to contact you a maximun 3 times around the month of your review reminding you to make your appointment.
