NHS illness Advice

PLEASE READ!!! Please give us as much information about what you need. This could be for anything such as, an introduction letter for the bank, proof of recent consultation for school, work, a letter relating to attendance for court, a letter to prove your medical conditions, a fit to fly note, proof of your COVID 19 Vaccine status. Please note we need a reason why the information/letter is being requested. Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following: Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.), Foster Medicals, Insurance claim forms, Prescriptions for taking medication abroad, Private sick notes, Vaccination certificates and Supporting letters. (there are some that we do not provide) The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA)
