The PCN is proposing to deliver the new Enhanced Access scheme from 1st October in-house. This scheme will replace the current Extended Hours and PCAS services.

- 60 minutes per 1,000 patients per week (43 hours for our area)
- All appointments available to all patients, unless approved otherwise in proposal by commissioners
- Full range of primary care services – Skills mix based on population need and engagement
- System for sms reminders, online booking and cancellations
