Travel Vaccinations
If you would like to enquire about travel vaccinations, please complete the pre-travel questionnaire by clicking the purple button below.
If you are planning to travel, please be aware that travel vaccination appointments must be arranged at least 8 weeks before your departure date.
If you would like to enquire about travel vaccinations, please complete the pre-travel questionnaire by clicking the purple button below. This questionnaire must be completed before any appointment can be booked.
Once your questionnaire has been submitted, we aim to respond within 2 weeks. A member of our nursing team will then contact you to discuss which vaccinations or travel advice may be required. We will then arrange for the vaccines needed.
Please note that we are unable to offer short-notice or last-minute travel vaccination appointments.
Important: You cannot book a travel vaccination appointment without first completing the pre-travel questionnaire.
